[SUPERSTAR Series] E-coupon User Guide


① Purchase a product in the SUPERSTAR STORE *Essential information when purchasing: Name, phone number, and email address

② Receive an email receipt ▶ Check the E-coupon number and copy them ▶ Enter the E-coupon number in the game ▶ Receive items in the SUPERSTAR SERIES game

 

* How to use E-coupon in the game: Tap the [EVENT] icon on the lobby screen ▶ Tap [USE YOU COUPON HERE!] on the [EVENT BANNERS] ▶ Enter the E-coupon numbers ▶ Receive items through an in-game message


[To Be Noted]

- The E-coupon is available only on the SUPERSTAR SERIES game after you receive it via email. (Not available in the other games)

- You can download the SUPERSTAR SERIES app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- You can purchase the products in SUPERSTAR STORE up to 30 pieces for each product. 

- We accept the following forms of payment:

  Domestic issued credit and check cards

* All cards issued overseas (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, UnionPay / WechatPay) cannot be used for purchases.

* For cards issued overseas, please use the “English” store at the top left.


- Make sure to enter a valid email address, for the E-coupon won’t be sent if the email address is incorrect.

  (Dalcomsoft, Inc. is not responsible for problems that occurred due to the wrong email address.)

- This product is non-refundable.

- You can request a refund only if you don't receive the promised in-game items or the E-coupon itself. However, the request for a refund must be made within 7 days after the purchase through the customer center, and you need to provide the name of the product you are requesting a refund of, the reason for the request, and an image of your receipt. The refund request will accepted after checking if the E-coupon is used or not.

* The E-coupon will be sent to you within 2 hours after the purchase. The email might took some time when the game is under maintenance. If you haven’t received the E-coupon within that time, please send us an email inquiry through the customer center. Your email must include the name you entered when signing up, your phone number and an email address. 

* Please note that the refund progress will start 30 days after the date of the purchase.
